Loyal Employee Card Employee Levels

Hi
I got some Loyal Employee Card (='LEC')
from TCN Men In Black (=TCN 'MIB').
On the picture of the item (in 'My items') it shows 3 guys :

one painted in green
one pained in blue
one painted in purple

1)
Does that mean that the random employees from LEC,
are always green or blue or purple ?

2)
When you have a larger corporation,
does that increase chances
to get a better employee from those LEC ?

its random, you can get other LEC's for red/orange employees, some just for blue green purple red orange

but the ones u get from mib and tours are always random green blue purples ones im afraid

Ok then LEC with the picture with green blue and purple colors are actually giving only those kind of Loyal Employees.
So no need to wait to have a larger company, this won't affect the result for those LEC.

I have a question about the LEC and combining...it seems that i have two types of lec...
i have 9 LOYAL EMPLOYEE CARD GREEN that aren't combinable
and other four that i combine resulting in a BLUE LEC
i don't understand the difference...is it a bug?

i think i got it...the UNCOMBINABLE are the ones with green blue and purple shape together on it and the COMBINABLE have only one type of employee shape is that right?
