I AM TRANSLATING FROM CHINESE so please do not be too harsh on me if somethings are not in proper english, but i will try to help you understand the guide and put alot of it into more english friendly wording.

anything in red i have added in myself as a side comment to help you better understand what is being said. I have also sorted each section of this strategy guide by color. And I have fixed all of the crossover bonuses.

legend:

1) chamber of commerce refers to the Guild.
2) promotion refers to leveling up the guild
3) establishment chamber of commerce condition refers to creating a guild
4) if it says G COIN next to a number, it means i must of missed it and it should say TCN not G coin
5) when there are two numbers next to the brick, im not 100% sure what that means unless 1 of the numbers stand for the amount of brick used if you use TCN aswell, or maybe you add the two brick numbers together, i have no clue to be honest though.




First, chamber of commerce's foundation and promotion

　　The chamber of commerce opens at present to 11 levels: there 11 guild levels

　　Establishment chamber of commerce condition: it costs 30,000 TCN to establish a guild

　　Chamber of commerce promotion leveling the guild

　　After chamber of commerce 5 levels, increases one new promotion method: The combination promotes, the expense as ordinary promotion's 70%TCN, 30% bricks, uses for the ordinary promotion 50%. this means after level 5 you may use both brick and tcn to upgrade your guild level

　　1→2:

　　The TCN promotion requires 540,000, time: 3 days

　　The brick promotion needs 60, the time: 5 minutes

　　2→3:

　　The TCN promotion requires 2,550,000, time: 7 days

　　The brick promotion needs 250, the time: 30 minutes

　　3→4:

　　The TCN promotion requires 6,000,000, time: 12 days

　　The brick promotion needs 600, the time: 120 minutes

　　4→5:

　　The TCN promotion requires 16,200,000, time: 18 days

　　The brick promotion needs 1,250, the time: 240 minutes

　　5→6:

　　The TCN promotion requires 118,000,000, time: 24 days

　　The brick promotion needs 8,500, the time: 600 minutes

　　6→7:

　　The TCN promotion requires 300,000,000, time: 36 days

　　The brick promotion needs 18,000, the time: 1,080 minutes

　　7→8:

　　The TCN promotion requires 900,000,000, time: 45 days

　　Second, chamber of commerce subsidyGUILD REWARDS!!!

　　The chamber of commerce may receive subsidy:Rewards for each guild level

　　In the subsidy obtains the TCN quantity and the chamber of commerce rank, plays the family company rank, the income and so on to have the relations.

　　1 level of chambers of commerce: TCN.

　　2 levels of chambers of commerce: TCN.

　　3 levels of chambers of commerce: TCN, has the probability to obtain a level 1-2 Scroll.

　　4 levels of chambers of commerce: TCN, 1 voting ticket, have the probability to obtain a level 1-2 scroll.

　　5 levels of chambers of commerce: TCN, 2 voting tickets, have the probability to obtain a level 1-4 scroll, 1 character attribute point, 1 store upgrade point.

　　6 levels of chambers of commerce: TCN, 3 voting tickets, have the probability to obtain a level 1-4 scroll, 2 attribute points, 2 store upgrade points.

　　7 levels of chambers of commerce: TCN, 4 voting tickets, 30 loudspeakers, have the probability to obtain a level 3-6 scroll or material, 4 attribute points, 4 store upgrade points.

　　8 levels of chambers of commerce: TCN, 5 voting tickets, 40 loudspeakers, have the probability to obtain a level 3-6 scroll or material, 6 attribute points, 6 store upgrade points.

　　9 levels of chambers of commerce: TCN, 6 voting tickets, 45 loudspeakers, have the probability to obtain a level 3-6 scroll or material, 7 attribute points, 7 store upgrade points.

　　10 levels of chambers of commerce: TCN, 7 voting tickets, 50 loudspeakers, have the probability to obtain a level 3-6 scroll or material, 8 attribute points, 8 store upgrade points.

　　11 levels of chambers of commerce: TCN, 8 voting tickets, 55 loudspeakers, have the probability to obtain a level 3-6 scroll or material, 9 attribute points, 9 store upgrade points.

　　Third, chamber of commerce fund donation methods

　　The chamber of commerce fund divides into two kinds: Brick and TCN

　　Brick: The promotion chamber of commerce and the affiliated organization need the goods.

　　TCN: The promotion chamber of commerce must use currency.

　　Chamber of commerce donation

　　Chamber of commerce's promotion uses the expense is deducts from the chamber of commerce fund.when you upgrade your guild level it uses the brick and or tcn funds

　　The member donates money in for 7 days not to be able to draw back the meeting on own initiative, can only by association president the dismissal. If the dismissal member, the coin donation will return completely 7 day in G for the member, the brick will not return. If the chamber of commerce fund insufficient G coin returns, dismissal defeat.you cannot kick a guild member out of the guild if you cannot reimburse the money donated, aka if you upgrade your guild and have no funds left in your guild funds.

　　How does the brick obtain:

　　1: In the mall, it costs 9 gold. you need to purchase gold with real money

　　2: Negotiates with the Men in Black has the probability to obtain successfully.

　　3: The Las Vegas turntable and the extraction mystical destiny card has the probability to obtain. use TCN at the funfair destiy card event

　　4: The official conducts the activity to obtain. dreams come true, anything is possible

　　Fourth, chamber of commerce addition

　　Chamber of commerce addition: Each level of chambers of commerce will have the addition effect to the shop, chairman of the chamber of commerce campaign for discussed politics the hall official also to have the addition effect to the chamber of commerce. the higher your guild level the more your store revenue increases

　　1 level of chambers of commerce: Increases the shop income addition 2%

　　2 levels of chambers of commerce: Increases the shop income addition 4%

　　3 levels of chambers of commerce: Increases the shop income addition 8%

　　4 levels of chambers of commerce: Increases the shop income addition 12%

　　5 levels of chambers of commerce: Increases shop income addition 16%, vice-chairmen addition 20%, association presidents the addition 24% must assign VP for them to receive their bonus

　　6 levels of chambers of commerce: Increases shop income addition 24%, vice-chairmen addition 30%, association presidents the addition 36%

　　7 levels of chambers of commerce: Increases shop income addition 32%, vice-chairmen addition 40%, association presidents the addition 48%

　　8 levels of chambers of commerce: Increases shop income addition 50%, vice-chairmen addition 62%, association presidents the addition 75%

　　9 levels of chambers of commerce: Increases shop income addition 57%, vice-chairmen addition 71%, association presidents the addition 85%

　　10 levels of chambers of commerce: Increases shop income addition 62%, vice-chairmen addition 77%, association presidents the addition 93%

　　Discusses politics the hall official to the shop addition: the higher the guild leaders position in city hall, the more store revenue its members recieve

"levels of officials" is hard to understand. I would suggest something like this:
Deputy: 4% guild bonus (8 seats)
Legislator: 8% guild bonus (4 seats)
Leader: 16% guild bonus (2 seats)
Senator: 30% guild bonus (2 seats)
Chairman: 50% guild bonus (1 seat obviously)
Also, the guild allowance, it's not 1-2 or 2-3 or whatever scrolls/materials...you have the probability to obtain 1 scroll/material, and only ONE. the number you put there should be the level of the scroll/material Exarch, not the number of scrolls/materials one can get.
Oh and 1 more thing, loudspeaker is trumpet, new players may not know it lol

Thank you Kindo, I just made everything bold, that should make it easier to read. I tried to use the most color friendly colors I could find to sort each section, but ya I noticed it didn't turn out that great, but this new bold font should really help the color problem.
