Can someone help me understand this better.  I've been wondering what the best use of my gratis gold is.. the main thing I used it for originally was to speed up store upgrade.. but it sorta sucks that it uses so many when you near the "perfect" stage.

I'm constantly confused w/ employee management between Englighten & Further Training.. and when it's worth investing in it vs finding someone else to hire.

Is this when you get someone with no experience (white) and you want to make him green by using 15 gold?  But I remember reading elsewhere that it's better to just let the white person's contract expire and hire someone who starts at green or better?

If you can be patient, i wouldn't use gratis gold on store upgrades.

I personally think there is no need to further train a white to a green.  A green employee is pretty common to get.  You can hire a green or wait for a loyal employee card.  You only need white employees to fill in the gaps.

Yeah, so after my 1st shop upgrade, I've been more patient now (the tutorial tells you to accelerate!)

So, what is the best way to spend gratis gold then?  If not on store upgrade acceleration.. if not on white to green... is it on green to blue?  I've realized that these start taking lots of gold though.
