1. To establish a guild, besides enough funds, you also need to be VIP member. VIP card can be bought in Mall
2. There is limitation on members your guild can have. The higher level your guild is, the more members you can have.
3. Guild president can decide whether a player needs to be verified to be a member of his guild. Also, he can edit guild info.
4. Bricks and TCN will shorten the time guild upgrading takes.
5. Member can donate Tycoin or gold to their guild. Property of guilds belongs to guilds, which can be used to upgrade.
6. If guild is dissolved, all of its property will be sent to Welfare of Liberty City.
7. Guilds' presidents can set up titles for their members and relations with other guilds.
8. Bricks can be bought in the Mall, and they can be donated to guilds by their members.
9. Players can click on the button of "Receive Subsidy" to obtain the rewards of "Tycoin" and other items.

I have a question about guild succession. My guild leader wanted out of the guild so he assigned it to me after seven days and wants me to boot him. Our guild is upgrading so we dont have enough wealth to cash him out. Is their any way around this. Also would disbanding during upgrades make all the guild members lose everything including donations. what exactly do u mean by property (Bricks and TCN or those guild buildings)? Sorry for my ignorance.

One option is your previous guild leader can leave the guild after 7 days, so the donations are not required to return to him. If he is not able to login, you could try to ask for his login, so you can manually leave the guild using his account after 7 days from last donation date.

From my understanding if a guild leader removes a member from guild, the donations made within 7 days by that member will be refunded. Bricks; however, are not returned in any way once donated into the guild. Once the guild leader disbands, the guild leader himself gets nothing refunded (need confirmation on this point).

What are the things you need to take into account in order to make a decision if you want to start your own guild or joining one. Am I correct that only a guild president can go into politics? It seems that going into politics gives nice benifits and a steady income.

Some guidance would be nice.

Only the guild president can go for city hall position yes, but you can apply for a committee position any time you wish, as long as you Wealth is within the rank 500 if you are not then u must undertake the routines within the game to get it there 500 or better.

I've scanned these forum boards, but I couldn't pick up anywhere if there is a 24 hr waiting period to join another one when disbanding a guild or could one disband and join another instantly?

Is there anyone who have some xp regarding this who can help out please?

For a member who quit the previous guild, he has a 24 hr cooldown before able to join another guild. For a member who was kicked out of the previous guild by his guild leader, there is no wait time to join another guild. For a guild leader who disband his guild, there is no cooldown to join another guild.

Kicked members seems to have a 24h cooldown period too. I think its a new standard setting.

How do guild allowances work?

Without having done anything and you have a notice saying, for example "Your guild has given out 3 allowances, with 8 allowances remaining"
a) what were the 3 allowances?
b) how can you find out who got what?
c) can you control the how and when?

Hm ... either no one knows or they didn't understand my question. No worries though I've figured it out.

The notice means that out of the 10 members, only 3 have collected their daily allowance so far.

I am new to Business Tycoon and new to the guilds, of course. So, in the guild area is a section for landmarks, which appear different than the npc landmarks.

When I go into the landmarks listed for guilds, the only thing I have unachieved is the bidding application. Where or how do you get one of those?
