Distributable Points for Employee(Replied)

Why Distributable Points for Employee with max stats (max Execution, max Mgmt) does not increase after training/holding meeting?

If you want to increase the upper limit of Distributable Points for your employee, you may try to "Further Training". Please click to "Business-Employee List-XXX-Further Training" to meet the details. And also "Further Training" could help to level up the EXP of your employee.

I'm not asking how to improve the max... but why they dont recaive points after they max Mgmt ?

Dear argentum,
Because the upper limit of Distributable Points for your employee would not increase automatically once it reaches MAX and that could be increase by "Further Training". Thank you for supporting B.T.O!

Thets mean for emps need to keep -1 on one stat like in pic ->
points with max

P.S anyway U didnt answered my question.. with 2 post too... I'm asking WHY THEY DONT RAISE whan they are max...

It should be that - if there is maximum number of points in Mgmt or Execution, they still should increase (points not upper limit of Mgmt or Execution).

HAHA there is to max point cap you can gain. SO long as you keep the employee short 1 point.

so if they are maxed on every stat but 1 you will still gain points.

so all you do is max the stats you really need and leave one point off, so if its 100/100/50 you just do 99/100/50 and you will gain points all the time i have a green employee that is like that she has almost 400 stored points. so once she levels to blue i can max her again and start all over ^^

i have maxed out with no -1 still i collect points. almost 500 points collected .
