Dear players,
We are very sorry that the numeral can not be public according to the rules. Please try and experience it by yourself or you can communicate with other players.

But we can tell that the Poach has something to do with Execution, Mgmt and Confidence.
And Loyalty has something to do with Meeting, Communication, Rewards, Green Juice and Renew Contract.
PS: These are the way to increase the numeral.

Yes but does it make any difference if you investigate with employee A and poach with employee B ?

Yes the correct answer is the best employee for poaching would have an Admin *master* talent and high execution, so an orange employee with that ability maxed out would be the best poacher in the game ...

best poacher would be a RED/Orange PR master talent.
why? look at the bonus at the corporate chart for CIO (+25% execution)

although you need to have an expert admin at the position Admin director to be able to poach red. and an admin master at the position CFO to poach orange emps.

whats it mean when u see a players info page and it shows it has red n maybe orange employees, but when u look at their employees, they dont show up...
or it also says someone has maybe 70 amployees n when u check them out it only shows maybe 10-20 employees :S

I always use Admin master/ace. The better the emp. the better chance you have of poaching.
