We are already aware what it means when a topic is "submitted to the appropriate department for consideration and/or discussion" since it has been the staple copypaste answer each and every moderator has given in the past 8 months over similar requests to fix this same issue. I do not think another submission will make any difference.
As I understand it now, your response is that you do not want to fix it, but you have a protocol that states that you must say so in a very polite and indirect way that you believe will make players happy. Please confirm if I understand you correctly?
While I sincerely thank you for replying to me within your rights, I would still suggest that BTO changes its protocol on forum replies to better fit your target audience.
From my perspective, it is very insulting to feel that the only contact BTO allows its clients is a moderator who has no rights whatsoever to help or even reply coherently, as this only makes me feel that you are intentionally wasting my time with responsability avoidance.
Unfortunately for you, players are a source of revenue for you and bad customer service does not tend to make your clients spend more. |
