If you are in a town that has max TC lv of 20 you can not do any more. You need to move to the next town.

you can farm purple weapons from the 90% npc in each of the nation maps.

there are 3 nation maps after empires each one of them gives a different purple weaopn, level 85 with 220 atk. a lot easier than farming it from the pr.

A way you can beat Matton is by using W-FRMN.
I'll put my strong heroes at the top right side of the FRMN.
If you have any healers you can put them at the bottom or behind one of you're strong heroes so they wont be attacked and they'll be able to heal you're strong heroes more.
Matton is strong so put a person with high defense in the middle left spot of W-FRMN.
